A father and his son are among three people charged with the murder of a man earlier this year.
They are 56 year old Danzel Facey, 18 year old Derreon Facey and 35 year old Damion Richards.
They have also been charged with Illegal Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition and Conspiracy to Murder.
The men are implicated in the May 6 murder of 26 year old Anthony Rigg on Oakland Road, Kingston 11.
The police say Mr. Rigg was walking when men travelling in a motor vehicle opened gunfire, hitting him several times.
The three men were later held and placed on an identification parade where they were positively identified.
They were charged on Tuesday.
